As Visual Merchandiser Supervisor for the flagship store in Hamburg at Uniqlo, I managed the execution of the brand's visual identity, ensuring a consistent, stylish, and customer-centric presentation across the store. I led the development and implementation of seasonal floor sets, product displays, and window installations, optimizing store layouts to enhance the overall customer experience and drive foot traffic.

Collaborating closely with the store management team, retail operations, and marketing, I ensured that visual standards were upheld, providing staff with necessary training and guidance. I also tracked key performance indicators, sales trends, and customer feedback, using this data to refine merchandising strategies and ensure that Uniqlo’s minimalist yet functional design was consistently communicated across all touchpoints in the store.
